Q: When does the retreat start and end?
A: Check in begins on Thursday July 18th at 3pm with Dinner served at 5:30pm and evening session
A: Retreat concludes Sunday July 21 following a morning session and lunch around 1:30pm
Q: Will Youth age children be staying with their parents?
A: Youth going into 9th grade and older according to the upcoming 2024-25 school year will be assigned housing accommodations with their peers.
Q: Will Children's ministry be available?
A: Yes, we will have Children's ministry for children ages 0 to 5th grade according to the upcoming 2024-25 school year during main sessions and small group times. We are asking all parents to pay an additional $50 per child to help pay for children's supplies, as well as a donation gift to our children's volunteers. For each child please register them by clicking the registration + $50 for childcare.
Q: If my child is under a certain age, do I need to register them?
A: If your child is 3 or younger and you are willing to provide your own bedding (i.e. Pack-n-play) registration is free, but you will still need to pay for childcare. Please fill out the registration form and select the option for childcare only.
Q: What is included in registration?
A: 9 meals, 3 night stay at Pepperdine University, Seeds of Life T-shirt, Awesome worship & Bible teaching & small groups & fellowship!
Q: If I am only able to attend part of the retreat can I get a discounted registration fee?
A: We want to encourage everyone to stay for the full retreat and unfortunately if you are unable to attend fully, you will still need to pay for the full retreat to reserve food and housing for the weekend.
Q: What if I can't afford to attend the retreat?
A: We do not want finances to be a barrier to attend our retreat and so scholarships available. Please email info@seedsoflife.org for more information on how to apply.
Q: Will I need to provide my own transportation to the retreat?
A: Yes, but if you need help to find transportation, please contact info@seedsoflife.org and we will help organize a carpool.
